At Graviton Innovations, precision and reliability are at the core of everything we design and deliver. To ensure we continue to meet the high standards you expect from us, we are issuing a safety warning concerning a limited number of Cutan units.

Affected models:

– Cutan MS200t
– Cutan MS201t
– Cutan MS194t

This safety warning applies exclusively to units sold before December 31, 2025.
Please note: this notice only concerns previous-generation units with the two-part bracket design. The 2026 model is not affected.

We kindly ask you to inspect your Cutan. If you notice any play or vibration at the eye of the Cutan, this may indicate that your unit is affected.
Please check whether the issue is caused by a loose bolt. If so, reapply thread locker and tighten the bolt using the correct Allen key.

What to do next:
If your unit shows these signs, and they are not caused by loose bolts, stop using the Cutan. Please contact the dealer from whom you purchased the Cutan. Replacement parts will be made available through your dealer.
