    Applicability: These conditions apply to all sales agreements between Graviton and our customers. By placing an order, you accept these terms in full.
    Amendments: Graviton reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will apply to all orders placed after the date of amendment.
  2. Orders and Acceptance
    Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our website, authorised dealers, or customer service. Ensure all details are accurate to avoid delays.
    Acceptance: An order is deemed accepted once you receive a confirmation email from Graviton. We reserve the right to reject orders due to errors, stock issues, or other valid reasons.
  3. Prices and Payment
    Pricing: All prices are listed in the applicable currency and include taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
    Payment: Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or other specified methods. Full payment is required before dispatch.
  4. Shipping and Delivery
    Shipping: We ship worldwide, with shipping times and costs varying by location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
    Customs: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
  5. Warranty and Returns
    General 5-Year Warranty: At Graviton, we back our products with a robust 5-year warranty, because we believe in the quality and durability of our gear. Here’s what our warranty covers:

    • Scope of Warranty:
      Coverage Period: This warranty is valid for five (5) years from the date of purchase.
      Covered Products: All Graviton height, safety, arborist, and climbing-related products are included.
      Coverage Details: The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. If your product is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
    • Warranty Exclusions:
      Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear from regular use are not covered.
      Misuse: Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance is excluded.
      Unauthorised Modifications: Any modifications or repairs made by unauthorised personnel void the warranty.
      Non-Original Parts: Use of non-original spare parts not specified by Graviton voids the warranty.
    • Claim Process:
      Contact Support: Reach out to Graviton technical support at support@gravitoninnovations.com. Provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
      Evaluation: Upon receiving your product, our team will evaluate it to confirm the defect.
      Repair or Replacement: If the defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product. For replacements, we aim to provide the same model or an equivalent if the original is no longer available.
    • Important Notes:
      Shipping Costs: For valid warranty claims, Graviton covers the shipping costs for sending the product back to you. For invalid claims, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
      Liability: Graviton’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

    Limitation: Graviton’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
    Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
